Encyclo-Media Conference 2011-12
The Oklahoma State Department of Education is pleased to announce future plans for the Encyclo-Media conference. This is an important event for library media specialists, technology directors and others. From this point forward, the Oklahoma Technology Association will merge its annual conference with Encyclo-Media, and OTA will become the lead sponsoring organization for the event. We are excited to see the legacy of the Encyclo-Media conference continue for educators across Oklahoma. The conference will reflect the wonderful traditions of the past and bring with it some great new additions, along with the new leadership of OTA. If you would like to know more about this conference please visit www.oktech.org.   Below is a message from the Oklahoma Technology Association   OTA and Encyclo-Media- Together –  February 7 & 8, 2012 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma    "The Oklahoma Technology Association announces it will assume the role of the lead sponsoring organization for Encyclo-media beginning with its 2011-2012 Conference.  Encyclo-media will be combined with the OTA Annual Conference on February 7-8, 2012, at the Cox Business Center in Oklahoma City. Thereafter, Oklahoma's premier professional development opportunity for teachers, librarians, counselors, technology directors, gifted and talented teachers, administrators, and other school professionals will be held in the Fall beginning in 2012.
