Amy Anne Ford, Durant
Represents Congressional District 2. Amy Ford, a business owner, operated NEON, Inc., an emergency room staffing company, for over 18 years, employing more than 100 physicians with operations in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Amy sold her company in 2009 to devote herself fulltime to more philanthropic endeavors. An adopted Oklahoman, Amy graduated from Broken Arrow High School, attended Oklahoma State University and, along with her husband, Jim, has called Durant home for the past 20 years. Deeply involved in community and civic activities, Amy currently dedicates her energies to a number of issues including economic development, education, sustainable water policy, and healthcare with the ultimate goal of the betterment of Oklahoma. Amy serves on the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Foundation Board of Directors, the Board of Directors for The Oklahoma Academy for State Goals, the Board of Directors for Citizens for the Protection of the Arbuckle Simpson Aquifer, and Oklahomans for Responsible Water Policy Board of Directors.

Brian Hayden, Enid
Represents Congressional District 3. Brian Hayden began working at AdvancePierre Foods, Enid, Oklahoma, in 1994. He is Vice President of People Services and Safety. Brian received an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety & Health from Western Kentucky University, a Bachelor of Science in Management, Oklahoma City University, a Master of Science in Management, Troy University, is Human Resources certified (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management, and Leadership Greater Enid and Leadership Oklahoma. He chaired a $99 million school bond campaign for Enid Public Schools. He has served as a past board member and chairman of several boards including Enid Public School Foundation, NWOSU/NOC Higher Education Advisory Board, Oklahoma Business & Education Coalition, Chamber of Commerce, Enid Regional Development Alliance, and the Joint Industrial Foundation. Currently Brian serves as a board member for the Vance Development Authority, and is an advisory board member for NBC Bank. Brian and his wife Autumn, moved to Oklahoma in 1994. They have two children.

Leo
J. (Lee) Baxter, Lawton
Represents Congressional District 4. Leo J. (Lee)
Baxter is a native Minnesotan who departed active military service
in 1999 as an Army Major General after 31 years. An adopted Oklahoman,
he has subsequently served as Vice President of Cameron University,
a regional university of the University of Oklahoma system, as a
market President for BancFirst, one of Oklahoma’s largest
banking institutions, as a Vice President of Communication Technologies,
Inc. in Chantilly, Virginia, and as President and Chief Operating
Officer for JB Management, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned
defense business in Alexandria, Virginia. He now devotes his energy
to civic and community matters, and to Signal Mountain Associates,
Inc., which he founded in 1999. This Oklahoma company provides consulting
services in business development and marketing to a wide variety
of defense and training management companies across the United States.

William "Bill" Price, Oklahoma City
Represents Congressional District 5. William "Bill" Price is an attorney in the Litigation Department of the Phillip Murrah law firm. Bill received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma. Bill has served as Assistant to Judge Alfred P. Murrah, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Oklahoma from 1975 to 1982, and the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma from 1982 to 1989. He was on the U.S. Attorneys’ Advisory Committees to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, the National Environmental Enforcement Council, and on various committees of the Department of Justice. He enjoys spending time with family and helping youth, on boards such as Shiloh, a Christian camp for underprivileged kids, Eagle Ridge Institute, an organization which helps children and families especially in area of substance abuse, and the Children’s Hospital Foundation which supports research to improve children’s health. He is Chairman of the Oklahoma School Choice Coalition and an active Trustee of the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA), a free enterprise think tank. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Bill and his wife Mary have two daughters, a son, and a granddaughter.

William F. "Bill" Shdeed, Oklahoma City
William F. Shdeed is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Over his life as a lawyer, he has contributed to the civic life of Oklahoma City, serving on the Boards of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, YMCA Camp Classen, Integris Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute, the Integris Baptist Medical Center Foundation, the Oklahoma Heritage Association, and the Downtown Rotary Club. In addition thereto, he currently serves on the Boards of the UMB Bank and Oklahoma City University. In service to Oklahoma City University, he has served as a member of the Board of Trustees since 1987 and has been Chairman from 1999 to 2010, only stepping down from this duty this year. He has been elected as Chairman Emeritus of the University.
William F. Shdeed has an honorary degree of Doctor of Laws from Oklahoma City University. Also, he received the 2010 Special Award of Merit from the Oklahoma High Education Hall of Fame. Contact
